If you've migrated emails from Outlook on your old computer to Outlook on your new computer, you need to import the emails to Outlook using the Import and Export Wizard. To start this wizard, select Mail File > Import and Export > Import Mail File. The wizard will ask which mailbox you want to move, and you'll be able to select the file you want to import. You can use the wizard to import just one folder, or select the File Type of your choice. Once the import is complete, you can open the imported emails in Outlook. All emails in the folder are imported in the inbox. You can also choose to move the files to a specific folder or archive.
If you're migrating to a new computer and Outlook, or you want to migrate the email of someone else, use the Import and Export Wizard. If you don't want to transfer the entire contents of your mailbox to the new computer, use a single file. You can choose to import a single folder, or folder tree, or if you want to import all email, a database or.pst file. There are different file types to use for each situation:.msg for individual messages or.mbox for emails in one folder,.pst for your entire inbox, and.ost for your Outlook archives.
If you are using Office 365, you can use the Export to PST button, available for Outlook.com and Outlook for the web, to export your email to a.pst file. This can be saved to a USB drive or OneDrive to take to your new computer. You can then import the file into your new Outlook by selecting File > Import > Import Outlook Items.
For Office 365 users, you can export your emails to a.msg file. And then once exported, you can save it to a.msg file and then upload that file to the OneDrive. This file can then be imported into the new Outlook.
In Office 365, you can export your email to a.pst file, but there is no easy way to import it. It can be done by exporting to a.msg file and then importing that file, but again this is a tedious process.
To import your mailbox, there are two methods in Microsoft Outlook. You can either import your mailbox from a backup file or from the inbox. If you choose to import a backup file, you will have to restore the backup file to the inbox manually.
You can't have more than one email address in Outlook. Once you create an email address, you can't use it to send or receive emails from a different device. If you want to create a new email address, it is advisable to export all of your emails to a backup file and restore the backup file to your inbox. In this case, you can create a new mailbox with a new email address. This method is convenient and most emails will be imported into Outlook automatically. If you choose to create a new mailbox, you will have to create a new email account and import your emails manually. 827ec27edc
