Pinball FX2 is a great pinball experience. The game is easy to pick up and play, it's got a fantastic set of tables, and the VR controller will make it much more accessible to all. Whether you're a serious pinball fan, or just someone who enjoys the odd game of pinball on your TV, you won't be disappointed.
One of the better things about pinball, is that it's simple. It's not an easy task but it's not particularly complex either. It's a fun and accessible genre, especially when the content is this good. Despite the fact it's a brand new IP, the game has all the hallmarks of a modern pinball title. It's a straightforward game that's easy to pick up and play, but one that rewards you for learning its controls and exploiting its nuances. Also, there's no flicker, that's a plus!
It's the lack of a multiplayer mode that really disappoints. The idea of being able to play against your friends in a local area or even online is an enticing one, but the lack of a competitive mode prevents it from being a true pinball experience. It's not all bad though, you can use the leaderboards to see how you're doing and you can always play any of the tables in league mode.
Zen Studios has already teased a couple of pinball tables for PlayStation VR, but the good news is that the number of great tables that are still to be announced is growing by the day. So, whether you prefer arcade classics or innovative concepts, Pinball FX2 VR has a pinball table for you. While you're waiting for the full PS VR pinball library to be announced, you can enjoy a couple of those already available on PlayStation Store.
The other pinball table available in Pinball FX2 VR for the time being is ACE Lightning, a table designed by a fan community rather than Zen Studios. They've released it on Android and iOS as well as Steam, so now you can get the game for free on PlayStation VR.
If another hacker does this, then they will be able to put any game on the ps3 in a matter of minutes! and that means that Sony will be out of the console market for good. We have seen what happens when sony doesn't support games anymore. Nintendo is turning a profit, now it is time for Sony to do the same, or else they are dead.
I don't see the appeal of owning a Sony PS3, and I don't see the value of the PS3 as an entertainment device. Sony has become one of the most untrustworthy companies in the gaming industry in my eyes. 827ec27edc
