Winter is coming! Don't worry we got you covered. Here's our go to recipe anytime we feel a tickle in our throat or a sniffle coming along.


1 5cup pk of Resilience

5 cups of filtered water

1/2c of honey

1 lemon sliced

1/3c ginger


  1. Bring water to a boil.

  2. Add sliced lemons, honey and ginger. Continue to boil for 5mins.

  3. Add the entire packet of tea to the boiling water. Turn off heat.

  4. Cover & Steep for 4 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and strain the leaves.

  6. Enjoy!!!


**You can refrigerate and enjoy throughout the week, please consume within 14days. **


This will make greater than 40oz of tea by steeping your leaves a 2nd time


Making a single cup?! Use 1tbsp of Resilience, 8-10oz of water, 1tbsp of ginger and sweeten to your liking.
